1. Log in to online banking

2. Customer service at the top of the page

3. Enter the shared access user’s first and last name.

4. Select the plus sign next to Add Guest User

5. Enter the shared access user’s first and last name.

First name: Flow

Last name: Finance

Email: Please use your account specific FlowFi email address!

6. Select Create a new usbank.com username

UserID: Please use the userID provided by the FlowFi team!

7. Select Continue, review the confirmation screen, and select Continue once more.
